BOOKING/DEPOSIT/PAYMENT:

To secure a date, a booking fee is required. The booking fee is determined by the total of your services. This fee is non-refundable but is accounted for in your total balance. The remaining balance will be due on or before the day of the event - no exceptions. The person responsible for the payment is the person booking the appointment. Accepted forms of payment include: cash and e-transfer.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations must be made in written format at least 14 days prior to the date of service or you will be responsible for the full amount agreed upon. No refunds will be provided for party members who miss/cancel their appointment without 14 days notice. The booking fee is non-refundable.

If a partial cancellation is made for group reservations, a cancellation fee will be due per person cancelled.

DELAYS

In event of delays, I am not responsible to stay past the time agreed upon. A late fee may be put in place if the allotted time is exceeded due to client delays. In event delays on the makeup artists end, it is the responsibility of the artist to ensure the job is completed on time.

LOCATION REQUIREMENTS

A “work space” is necessary for mobile appointments. A counter or table for set up, along with a chair for the makeup recipient is asked for. Ample lighting is important, ideally natural. If no natural lighting is available, an outlet for lighting is necessary. Please have counters/tables cleared prior to set up time, to use your appointment time efficiently.

TIMING

The bride will be allotted 60 - 90 minutes for makeup, unless discussed otherwise. Each additional member can take between 30- 45 minutes, unless discussed otherwise. A schedule with name and time slots can be provided prior to the wedding day, if requested. Cushion time will be added for set up/break down, final touch ups and incidentals. It is important that all members are on time to their given slot.

LIABILITY

All brushes, tools, and makeup products are clean/sanitized. Any skin conditions or sensitivities should be reported when booking - prior to application. This includes allergies, such as latex, as most lash glues contain it. Extremely sensitive clients may prefer to use their own skincare and/or cosmetics to prevent complications.

PRODUCTS/TOUCH UPS

The bride/bridal party are responsible for their own touch up products on the day of the wedding. A sample lip product can be given, if interested. The bride has the option of purchasing a lipstick or lip gloss agreed upon at the consultation (price varies per product selected) and can request a free sample touch up kit at the bridal trial, which will be given on the day of service. The makeup artist can be scheduled to remain on location for a non-refundable rate of $50/hour, due at final payment. Exact timing and location must be agreed upon at the bridal trial.

INABILITY TO PERFORM

In the event that the contracted makeup artist is unable to do the services agreed upon due to emergency, illness, or unexpected occurrence, a trusted substitute artist will be assigned and informed of the contracted arrangements. If for whatever reason a replacement is unavailable, a full refund of booking fee and/or final payment will be done in full if paid already.

By paying the booking fee, it is understood that

• The complete payment for the party agreed upon will be done on or before the service date

• No refunds will be given for members of the wedding party who miss their appointments

• The person booking is responsible for balances from any members of my party who fail to provide payment.

• All policies listed will be complied with
